One of the ways I am working with clients during these difficult Covid 19 times is to adapt my work to encompass more outdoor work. Clients seem to love this way of working, the movement of the body can help to move energy/emotion, the regular motion can be soothing and the side-by-side position we have can take the pressure off face-on talking.
Nature also has a truly healing effect, simply by using symbols in nature such as regrowth, I find we can resolve issues that simply talking alone can not touch. I often try to finish my sessions by sitting under a wonderful tree as the strength and permanence of trees can make us feel safe and calm.
